Sexy Sessions is all about building your movement vocabulary in stripper/pole heels. Each week explores a different element - from body waves to heel work and floorwork. You'll practice guided sequences to music as opposed to learning choreography. This class is a space to develop your skills, find your flow, and express yourself. **PLEASE NOTE: This class will run with a minimum of 2 bookings.
