Sensual Flow: upper beg + intermediate👠

This class will build on the foundations of flow, working on fluid footwork, leg lines and enhancing transitions, climbs and tricks up the pole. You'll learn a short flow with a focus on slow, intentional movements and be encouraged to move in ways that feel good for you to find your own sensual and sexy style.
