Sensual Flow 👠 beginners

This class will build your confidence and control, and turn your tricks and spins into seamless, flowy movements. You'll learn a short flow including slinky footwork, spins, floor work and transitions, with a focus on slow, intentional movements. You'll be encouraged to move in ways that feel good for you to find your own sensual and sexy style. This class is suitable for beginners, and those new to pole dance in heels. Heels encouraged but optional 👠👠 Knee pads recommended
