Beginners Combos

In this class, you'll build combinations using the beginner moves you already know and love, while occasionally incorporating a few Upper Beginner moves as an achievable and appropriate challenge. Each move will be taught individually before being seamlessly linked together into a complete, fluid combination, helping you develop confidence and coordination. What You Will Be Working Towards : - Building a solid foundational knowledge of beginners moves - Smooth execution of combos that can be used to build chores in the future - Continue to build strength and confidence on and up the pole Suitable for Beginners who have completed a minimum of 3 beginners Pole Sessions and other levels looking to go over their basics.
