Join us for a deeply nourishing 90minute journey combining yoga nidra deep rest with therapeutic sound healing.

As you're guided into deep relaxation, you'll be immersed in healing sounds from crystal singing bowls and soothing chimes. This session invites you to experience deep rest and soothe your nervous system; an opportunity to be present with yourself exactly as you are and to remember that our strength as women can come from being rather than doing.

No experience necessary, just bring yourself and an openness to receive.

Tracy Awere (She/Her) has over 11 years of experience supporting women's emotional and physical health through holistic practices. As a qualified sound healing practitioner accredited by Yoga Alliance, her approach is gently paced, instinctive and intuitive; adapting to the unique energy of each group.
